What to Expect in Your Session Each session is a bespoke blend of professional mastery and intuition. We begin by simply arriving in person or online. Creating a safe, grounded space where you can set down the mental load of felling lost, disconnected, stressed + anxious. Just as we hold physical tension in our muscles, we hold emotional tension in our energy centers (Chakras). When this energy becomes stuck due to anxiety or life’s pressures, we feel drained or out of alignment. My work is to identify these blockages and gently release them, replacing heavy, stagnant energy with a fresh, vibrant vitality Using a combination of Reiki healing and intentional Chakra balancing, I work to identify and the energetic blocks that manifest as anxiety or physical fatigue. This is a gentle, restorative process of unloading the old to make room for the new. You will leave feeling lighter, with a renewed sense of clarity. My goal is to ensure you walk away not just relaxed, but energetically aligned with the dream life you are ready to build.
