Before I knew what manifesting was.
Did You Know I Manifested My Husband? For years, I sat in that same place of I’m ready, so where are they? I did the dating apps, I constantly attracted people who needed fixing, then they would move on, and I did the over analysing. But it wasn't until I stopped looking and started aligning that the magic actually happened.
Manifestation is a bit of a buzzword these days, but after 30 years of energy work, I can tell you it’s about becoming the frequency of what you want.
We often think manifesting is about thinking positive. But here is the truth, your brain might say I want a partner, but if your nervous system is stuck in survival mode or protection, it will keep pushing love away to keep you safe. The energy block.
I manifested my husband on my 30th birthday, I started by clearing the mental noise and the old stories that told me I had to work hard for love. I regulated my system until my body actually believed that being loved and supported was safe. I didn't know what manifesting was at the time, I just knew that I was worthy of love and a soul mate, shouted it out to the universe and automatically believed it was happening. I could even see myself with a little boy.
How I Made It Happen
I Got Specific I didn't just ask for a nice guy. I felt into the dynamics of our future life. How would I feel when I walked through the door? How would we handle conflict? I lived in that feeling before he even had a name. How we would go on day trips with our son.
I Surrendered This is the hardest part for us high achievers! I stopped trying to control the timeline. I trusted my inner voice and stayed in my happy bubble.
I Took Action I accepted every invitation that was offered to me, I made sure I was always at gatherings or events and parties.
And then... He Appeared.
When he finally walked into my life, there was no chase and no confusion. There was just a quiet, steady soul deep knowing. And here we are 18 years later. Because I had done the work to align my energy, my reality had no choice but to match it and somehow in the process I was attracting what I had put out there. Within a year we were married, lived together, had a "baby boy", and shortly after moved to Dubai.
Sounds far fetched ? Ask anyone who knows me, they will tell you ...... yes this actually happend.
