Hello I am Jane Elizabeth, A Certified (KHDA Attested) Holistic Wellbeing Coach and Meditation Instructor. 

My Story & Why I do this work. 

I didn't come into this work because everything in my life is always calm and easy, I came into it because I know what it feels like when it isn't. 

Like many people I support today, I have experienced stress and anxiety myself. I know the quiet mental noise, the pressure to keep functioning, and the feeling of carrying too much while trying to appear fine on the outside. Over time it led me not only how to regulate my own nervous system, but to become the person others could come to when they needed it. I am also a working mom, and I understand the constant balancing act, emotions, work, family and ME. 

With over 30 years experience in Holistic Wellbeing, including managing a well known wellness centre, my work has always centered on helping people feel safe and supported and respected. 

As well as individuals, I also work with schools and education communities because emotional wellbeing doesn't exist in isolation. When adults, teachers, and students are supported to feel regulated and understood, it creates healthier environments for learning and connection, and growth

Whether I am supporting an individual or a school, the heart of my work is the same: creating calm, safe spaces where people can breathe again, feel less alone, and reconnect with their inner steadiness, at a pace that feels right for them. 

I have worked in Dubai for over 12 years, I have the most amazing loyal client base.
